Hi, I’m Berta.
I support people navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and the challenges that come with trauma and illness.
My work blends modern neuroscience, evidence-based mind-body practices, and a deep respect for human complexity.
How I support people
I work with people navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and serious illness, including cancer.
Sessions combine trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body safely.
For athletes and high performers, this work supports focus, recovery, mobility, and steadier performance under pressure.
Yoga Retreats
These yoga retreats are spaces to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share with others. Through yoga, breathwork, and time in nature, we offer a warm, grounded experience open to everyone, no matter your level.

My work is rooted in evidence-based approaches. The mind-body connection is supported by current neuroscience and trauma research.
I draw inspiration from the work of leading experts such as Dr. Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, Stephen Porges (Polyvagal Theory), and Mario Salvador, alongside training with Maria Macaya and Rädika Foundation.
I’m committed to integrating science and embodied practices to create safe and effective spaces for healing.
