Booking
Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to someone else. For extraordinary circumstances, contact the organisation.
Minimum Group
A minimum number of participants is required. If not reached, the retreat will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Travel
Flights and transport are not included. You are responsible for your travel arrangements.
Participation
This is a shared group experience. Respect the space, the group, and the environment.
All activities are optional. Please move within your own limits.
Liability
You participate at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, personal belongings, or travel disruptions.
Photography
Photos or videos may be taken. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to appear.
Changes
Schedule and activities may change if needed.
